Certified Office Production Specialist using Artificial Intelligence

It is recognised that artificial intelligence (AI) is going to play a major role in everything we do.  IABFM recognises that one of AI’s major roles is, and will be, in the office of the future and is being adopted now.  In recognition of this fact It is accrediting a new program, Certified Office Production Specialist using Artificial Intelligence.   

This intensive 2-day online training program is designed to provide office professionals with cutting-edge skills and knowledge to leverage AI tools, including the revolutionary ChatGPT, to supercharge their productivity and streamline workflows and equip participants with the expertise to revolutionize your office environment.  As an added bonus the program is an HRD Corp Focus Area course offered as a Public Remote Online Training (ROT) segment.

All participants are required to complete a compulsory assessment at the end of the course. A minimum score of 70% is necessary to receive the IABFM certificate, ensuring that participants have mastered the knowledge and skills presented in the program.

Advanced CIPM
