Dr Suresh Cuganesan is at the Macquarie Graduate School of Management where he is also the Director for its Centre for the Management of Knowledge Capital. Suresh Cuganesan has worked in the areas of accounting and finance, occupying positions at Price Waterhouse and Westpac Institutional Bank.
Vicki has over 20 years experience in the finance industry and has held a range of executive roles based in Asia with a highly successful track record in leading: strategic change programs; product development and implementation programs; customer and market research programs; customer communcation programs; customer value proposition programs; customer aquistion programs; customer retention programs; internet banking and web enablement programs; needs based sales training and development programs and process transformation programs.
